URYANKHAY KRAI BEFORE PROCLAMATION TUVAN INDEPENDENCE: 1921, imitation of registered pre-printed cover from Belotsarsk (now Kyzyl) to Odessa, 13 Imperial, R.S.F.S.R. and Control stamps are affixed on front and reverse, Odessa postmark presented, some foxing, F/VF appearance, this item is a spacefiller of extremely rare correspondences from/to Belotsarsk during Imperial (1914-17) and Soviet (1918-21) periods, when Uryankhay Krai was a part of Empire or Soviet Russia, only two real covers (both dated on 1917) are in private hands and four in the Kyzyl Postal Archive (dated 1917-18), fair estimated price of real cover is difficult to determinate, spacefiller Est. $200-$300
