A late 19th or early 20th-century hinged lemon squeezer constructed from turned and shaped hardwood. The tool consists of two handles joined by a metal barrel hinge at the top. A metal plate on the hinge is incised with a British Design Registration mark (Rd), although the registration number is not clearly legible due to surface wear and oxidation. The wood possesses a smooth, aged patina.
