A late Victorian or Edwardian period crumb tray and brush set constructed from dark-stained oak. The tray features a shield-shaped form with carved, raised borders and is fitted with a rear handle comprising a shaped oak grip supported by two brass posts. The matching crumb brush is designed with an S-curved oak handle and natural bristles. The wood exhibits a finish with prominent medullary rays characteristic of oak.
