A collection of commemorative coin first day covers produced by Mercury, Watford. The assembly includes a Royal Wedding cover for The Prince Edward and Miss Sophie Rhys-Jones dated 19 June 1999, featuring an integrated five pounds coin and two stamps with Windsor pictorial circular date stamps from 15 June 1999. The group contains two different commemorative covers for Her Majesty The Queen's Coronation Jubilee 1953-2003, each with a Gibraltar stamp cancelled on 20 February 2003 and a one dollar coin. Also present are two memorial coin covers for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother 1900-2002, each bearing a 27p stamp cancelled at Windsor on 9 April 2002 and a memorial coin. The collection is completed by a Millennium 2000 Anno Domini cover featuring a 20p Millennium series stamp cancelled at Greenwich, London SE10 on 12 January 1999, housing a five pounds coin. The covers bear Mercury serial number labels M 04157, M 2352, M 08730, M 2065, and M 00821.
