This lot comprises two mid-20th-century picnic hampers manufactured by Brexton in England. The first is a two-person set housed in a rectangular carrying case with a textured red crackle-effect rexine exterior, a white plastic handle, and a brass-toned central latch. The second is a larger four-person set in a tan woven-texture suitcase-style case with blue plastic handles and sliding latches. The yellow-lined interior contains four sets of light blue plastic plates and saucers, four light blue cups, and stainless steel cutlery including forks, spoons, and cream-coloured plastic-handled knives.
