Group of ten early flutes and whistles. Includes one Meacham and Co., Albany, NY, wooden flute with horn inlay, ca. 1827-1828; one American Rosewood flute, New York, with nickel-silver keys and inlay; one pre-1893 C. Kruspe German rosewood flute with metal inlay; one 1920s British bakelite slide whistle; with four additional wooden flutes and piccolos, several with metal keys and inlay. Some with missing parts.
Length ranges from 11 1/4 in to 27 3/4 in; diameter ranges from 3/4 in to 1 1/2 in.
