Schanfein & Tamis Platinum & 14K Match Box - A Schanfein & Tamis platinum and 14k yellow and rose gold match box. The exterior in an Art Deco pin stripe style with a rectangular cartouche containing the initial WMW. The interior engraved with the dates 1883-1933. Marked along the lip Platinum and 14k and Schanfein & Tamis maker's mark and 680. Height: 2 1/4 in x width: 1 3/4 in. Gross weight: 34.9 grams. Condition: Light scratching to the exterior. Some discoloration and polish accretions to the interior. Push tab closure opens and closes smoothly.
