Phyllis Downs Ames Wiener (American, 1921-2013). Mixed media painting titled "City Slickers on the North Shore, " 1992. Depicting figures running towards the water along with fantastical creatures. Signed, titled, and dated along the lower right.
Provenance: From the collection of Mary Abbott.
Sight; height: 11 1/4 in x width: 60 in. Framed; height: 14 1/2 in x width: 64 in x depth: 1 1/2 in.
Condition: The colors are bold and bright. There are creases throughout which appear to be original to the artistic process. The work is floated in frame. Framed under plexiglass. Light wear to the frame. Not inspected out of frame.
