A Large Machzor for Yom Kippur, Vienna.
A Large Machzor for Yom Kippur, intended for use by a Chazzan, Vienna. No printing year present in this copy. Another identical edition was also printed at Vienna in 1791, Joszef Adler press. This edition, although identical to Adler's, was printed by Anton Schmid of Vienna. He was active in the early to mid 1800's. We can therefore assume this edition was printed circa 1815-1820, although the exact printing year remains unknown.
A defective copy. Lacking 11 pages, from pp. 15-26. Previous ownership inscription seen on title page.
In very good condition, bound in original binding, detached.
