Mishpat U’Tzedakah B’Yaakov - An important Responsa work by R. Yaakov Ibn Tzur (1673-1753), a highly respected and leading 18th century Torah sage of Fez, Morocco. Published by the “Dovev Sifsei Yeshanim” committee of Fez, and includes a four-line handwritten inscription by the committee to a certain benefactor. Stamp of the committee also seen. With an important introduction detailing a most dire financial situation of the Jews of Fez. First Edition.
