Two vintage vanity and grooming sets including a fitted travel case and a faux-tortoiseshell dressing table set - This lot comprises two mid-century vanity and grooming sets in their respective fitted cases. The first is a travel dressing case in a dark brown leather-effect hard-sided box with a hinged lid. The interior is fitted with straps holding three rectangular glass bottles with silver-tone screw-top lids, two rectangular metal containers, and a suite of manicure tools with cream-coloured celluloid handles. The second is a two-piece lady's dressing table set housed in a brown faux-crocodile skin textured case with a yellow-gold satin-effect lining. This set contains a matching hand mirror and hairbrush crafted from dark brown marbled faux-tortoiseshell plastic. No maker's marks are visible on the components of either set.
