An Assortment of Vintage Collectibles including a Mid-20th Century Road Map of England and Wales and Decorative Objects - This lot comprises a collection of vintage ephemera and decorative objects. The primary ephemera item is a folding booklet titled The New Road Map of England & Wales. The cover is constructed from green paper with black printed text and indicates a price of 6d. Net. The collection includes a variety of decorative and functional items. There are four square metal trinket boxes with enamelled lids depicting vibrant landscapes, rainbows, and a bird in flight. A smaller porcelain trinket box features a floral lid with a blue base. A decorative metal hand mirror shows a relief of a female figure in the Art Nouveau style. A small Looping travel clock with a square white face and a red surround is included. A circular wooden box features a geometric marquetry inlay on the lid. Memorabilia items include a circular white tin lid for Morny Fine English Soap, produced for the 1977 Silver Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. A yellow painted wooden frog-shaped guiro percussion instrument is present. Also included is a dark carved stone egg with an incised animal figure and a red inset stone, and a textured blue glass paperweight.
