Chrome Novelty Claw and Ball Motif Ebonised Walking Stick - A novelty dress cane featuring a polished chrome handle cast in the form of a skeletal five-fingered claw. The talons are positioned to clutch a large, spherical clear acrylic or glass orb. The handle is mounted onto a decorative chrome collar with parallel linear detailing. The cylindrical shaft is constructed from wood with a smooth ebonised black finish, tapering towards the base. The cane is finished at the foot with a chrome ferrule and a textured black rubber traction tip. No maker marks or inscriptions are present on the metalwork or shaft. Length: 92 cm.
