A Silver Filigree Oval Onyx Brooch - A vintage Silver brooch featuring a central oval black onyx cabochon held in a rub-over bezel setting. The stone is framed by an intricate border of openwork filigree wirework, arranged in a repeating pattern of scrolled and circular motifs. The reverse is fitted with a horizontal pin and a C-clasp closure. A secondary safety chain is attached to the filigree frame, terminating in a separate small safety pin. The reverse of the central setting is stamped with the characters 925. Length: 3.8 cm.
