Slavkas Raku Glazed Stoneware Seed Pot - A studio pottery stoneware vessel of globular seed pot form with a flattened rim, featuring a raku-fired finish. The exterior body is decorated with incised scrolling foliage and wave motifs, finished with a high-gloss turquoise glaze. This is set against a metallic, iridescent bronze lustre effect glaze. Portions of the body exhibit a crackle-glazed cream surface with distinct carbonisation and smoke marking typical of the raku process. The interior and rim are coated in a matte, charcoal-grey slip. The base features an incised signature reading Slavkas with a vertical slash passing through the first two characters. Width: 15.2 cm Height: 9 cm.
