Extremely rare Luristan iron dagger, circa 1000 BCE. Long blade with raised central ridge. The dagger of elegant form and forged in one piece, the hilt with lovely pommel shape. This rarity brought back to America in the 1960's by Martin B. Retting and has been in storage since. Size 14 1/4" L, blade 8 1/2" L
