Springfield M1942 Bayonet
US Model 1942 Springfield bayonet in original condition. Size 20 1/4" L, blade 14 3/4" L
The bayonet features a 16-inch blade with a blood groove and a two-piece grip. It was designed to fit onto the muzzle of the M1 Garand rifle and was used by American soldiers throughout the war as an important and versatile tool.
