We don't know a lot about this. Most likely bought at a local auction and possibly a Cushman, . Paint scheme describes this as being used for real estate sales in Souderton, PA. Pretty cool piece of local history. The mans name on this piece is Moyer, maybe a local auctioneer back in the 50's or 60's. Missing parts of the windshield. Overall solid.
