Victorian Burr Walnut Oval Stretcher Table - A Victorian oval stretcher table, dating to approximately 1870. The top is finished with book-matched burr walnut veneers and features a moulded edge. The underframe consists of twin-turned and carved end supports embellished with acanthus leaf detailing, which are connected by a central turned and knopped stretcher. The table is raised on splayed cabriole legs with carved knees, finishing in scrolling feet on ceramic castors. No maker marks or stamps are visible.
