A NAO by Lladró Porcelain Cranes in Flight Figurine - A large glazed porcelain figurine produced by NAO, part of the Lladró Group, identified as model number 1228 and often titled Following the Flight. The piece depicts two cranes or herons in a dynamic aerial pose, with outstretched wings supported by a stylized base suggestive of splashing water or marshland. The figurine is finished in a high-gloss glaze with a characteristic colour palette of white, soft grey, pastel pink, and pale green. The underside of the base features the printed NAO sailing ship logo in blue/brown ink, accompanied by the text HAND MADE IN SPAIN, LLADRÓ, and © DAISA. Incised marks are also present, including L A 1228 and a single digit 2. Height: 30 cm Width: 38 cm.
