A Thornton-Pickard Duplex Ruby Reflex Large Format SLR Camera Set - A vintage British large format single-lens reflex camera set manufactured by Thornton-Pickard of Altrincham, England. The lot features the Duplex Ruby Reflex model, constructed from wood with a textured black leather covering. The camera is equipped with an integrated folding leather focusing hood and a front-mounted lens. Included in the set is the original leather-covered carrying case, three double dark slide plate holders with paper exposure record cards, and a separate wooden lens board with a brass-toned mounting ring. Additionally, an accessory box contains a collection of supplementary lenses or filters in a velvet-lined insert.
