The group consists of one locomotive and four wagons, each housed in original manufacturer packaging. The locomotive is a die-cast metal 0-4-0 Tank Locomotive finished in British Railways black livery, featuring the number 84 on the cab and the BR crest on the side tanks. The rolling stock is constructed from lithographed tinplate and plastic components and includes: a Weltrol low-bed well wagon, numbered 41990, carrying a red-painted cylindrical marine boiler load; a white and silver Esso tank wagon with red and blue branding, numbered 2391; a brown British Railways cattle wagon with an open-slatted upper section, numbered 15263; and a brown British Railways goods brake van, numbered M731215. The boxes feature yellow identification labels with the TTR triangular logo. Box labels are printed with the following details: 1/515 B.R. TANK LOCO GOODS Y/515, 678 WELTROL WAGON WITH MARINE BOILER, 641 TANK WAGON ESSO, 636 CATTLE WAGON B.R., and 651 GOODS BRAKE.
