UK and Worldwide Philatelic Collection, 1978-81 Presentation Packs and Machin Definitives - An assortment of philatelic material comprising several British Post Office presentation packs and commemorative folders. The collection includes the 1978 Horses presentation pack (Royal Mail Pack No. 102), the 1978 25th Anniversary of the Coronation folder, and two copies of the 1981 Royal Wedding presentation pack commemorating the marriage of The Prince of Wales and Lady Diana Spencer. A group of used British Machin definitive stamps on paper fragments is included. These feature high-value £5 blue and £1 gold/green denominations, alongside lower values such as 50p, 20p, and 2p. These stamps bear clear circular date stamps from Bromley, Kent, with several specimens marked as Registered mail. The collection further includes German inflation-era issues from the Deutsches Reich period, with denominations including 50, 400, 500, and 3000 Mark. A WWII-era 80pf Hitler definitive and a Luftfeldpost stamp are also present. Other international and Commonwealth territories represented include Ascension, Bahamas, Barbados, Cyprus (2 Piastres Peristerona Church issue), Madagascar, and Australia (1837-1937 centenary pair).
