A silver heart-shaped pendant set with nine round-cut clear gemstones - A heart-shaped silver pendant with a yellow-toned finish. The pendant features a central diagonal, curved bar channel-set with nine small round-cut clear gemstones. One lobe of the heart is embellished with a delicate engraved foliate spray motif, while the remaining surface is polished. The bale is integrated into the top of the gemstone-set bar.
