A vintage silver tie slide with diagonal elliptical motifs and safety chain - A vintage silver tie slide featuring a rectangular bar with a satin-finished front face decorated with five recessed, diagonally-aligned elliptical motifs. The piece is constructed with a spring-action slide clip mechanism on the reverse. Attached to the clip is a fine-linked safety chain terminating in a buttonhole loop. Marks are present on the reverse of the spring-action clip mechanism, but the characters are not legible as a name or a specific hallmark.
