This floor-length dress has a high neckline and a bodice made from burgundy mesh, heavily embellished with ornate floral and scrollwork lace embroidery, sequins and beadwork. The embroidery extends slightly onto the upper part of the skirt. The skirt is made from a mid-weight crepe fabric, cut in a fitted silhouette that flares towards the hem, with a thigh-high slit on the front left side. The back has a central embroidered lace panel that follows the line of the rear seam and zip closure.
