A Hornby Dublo 3-Rail Electric Train Set by Meccano Ltd in Original Box - A vintage Hornby Dublo 00-gauge 3-rail electric model train set manufactured in England by Meccano Ltd. The collection includes a die-cast 0-6-0 tank locomotive finished in black British Railways livery with the running number 69567. Rolling stock consists of two passenger coaches made from lithographed tinplate in a brown and cream livery, and a red Vacuum oil tank wagon featuring Mobiloil branding. The set includes a collection of curved 3-rail track sections with integrated metal ballast bases. Also present is a grey metal Type A2 Power Control Unit with a label specifying an A.C. input of 220/250 volts and a D.C. output of 0-12 volts. The set is housed in its original cardboard box which features a colourful illustrated lid with a festive Merry Christmas border and an internal blue cardboard insert.
