Poole Pottery Volcano Pattern Large Conical Vase - A Poole Pottery earthenware vase of tapered conical form decorated in the Volcano pattern. The exterior features a reactive Living Glaze with a bold abstract design executed in vibrant shades of red, orange, and black. The interior is finished with a solid matte orange-ochre glaze. The base bears a printed factory mark consisting of the words POOLE and POTTERY flanking a central stylised dolphin logo, with ENGLAND printed below. A hand-painted decorator's mark, possibly reading os, is present in black to the right of the dolphin logo.
