Two Pairs of Vintage Binoculars and Field Glasses Including a Set Marked John Fry Truro - A collection comprising two sets of vintage optical equipment with their respective carrying cases. The larger set consists of 10 x 40 binoculars featuring a black textured body. The left-hand plate is marked JOHN FRY TRURO within a rectangular border, and the right-hand plate is marked 10 x 40 FULLY COATED LENSES. The lower edge of the frame is stamped MADE IN JAPAN. These binoculars are housed in a brown leather case fitted with a shoulder strap and an adhesive label marked N8465. The second item is a pair of small field glasses of brass and leather construction. The metal bridge has the name MILLER hand-scratched into the surface. This set is accompanied by a dark-coloured, heavily worn leather pouch case.
