Mid-20th Century Georgian Style Mahogany Veneered Bow-Fronted Lamp Stand - A reproduction bow-fronted lamp or bedside stand constructed with mahogany-finished veneers in the Georgian style, dating from the mid-to-late 20th century. The unit features a single drawer at the top with a bow-fronted facade, decorated with contrasting boxwood-style stringing inlay. It is fitted with a central brass-toned swan-neck drop handle on circular backplates. Below the drawer are two open tiered shelves, the whole supported by a plinth base raised on bracket feet. The top surface is finished with a matching inlaid stringing border. The construction utilises mahogany veneers over a secondary timber core. No manufacturer marks or labels are visible.
