The vehicles are constructed from die-cast metal with plastic components, primarily featuring early 20th-century style commercial vans and touring cars. Boxed items from the Matchbox Models of Yesteryear series include a Y12 1937 G.M.C. Van in Baxters livery, a brown van in J. Sainsbury livery, a red van in Kemp's Biscuits livery, and a red tanker in Conoco livery. The lot also includes boxed Lledo vans from the Exchange and Mart series, including The Bazaar and Exchange and Mart liveries. Loose vehicles comprise a red Coal & Coke truck, a silver open tourer, a red open tourer, a burgundy convertible, and a cream and black convertible. The commemorative piece is a fine bone china cup produced by Royal Worcester to mark the Golden Jubilee of Queen Elizabeth II. The cup features a flared rim with gilt detailing and a transfer-printed royal coat of arms. The base bears a circular black printed mark reading QUEEN ELIZABETH II • GOLDEN JUBILEE surrounding a crown and the Royal Worcester Fine Bone China logo. Text below the mark reads MADE IN ENGLAND / In celebration of the Fiftieth / Anniversary of Her Majesty's / Accession to the throne. / 1952 • 2002. The cup is presented in its original navy blue Royal Worcester lidded box.
