A Trio of Three Decorative Items Including an Italian Glazed Ceramic Elephant Head and Two Woven Tapestry Panels - This lot comprises three decorative items including an Italian glazed ceramic elephant head wall plaque and two woven tapestry panels. The wall-mounted plaque is constructed from ceramic with a high-gloss white glaze, featuring a stylised elephant head with forward-facing tusks and a trunk curled slightly to the left. The reverse of the flat mounting flange carries a small silver-tone rectangular adhesive label reading ITALY in black capital letters. The two square woven panels each depict a central ceremonial elephant with ornate caparisons and headpieces, surrounded by complex geometric and floral borders. One panel is rendered with a cream ground, while the other features a sage-green ground. Both textiles are finished with a multi-coloured fringed border. A length of twine is threaded through a dedicated mounting hole at the top of the ceramic plaque for display purposes.
