The obverse features the fifth definitive portrait of Queen Elizabeth II with the legend ELIZABETH II · D · G · REG · F · D · 5 POUNDS and the JC initials for designer Jody Clark visible below the truncation. The reverse displays the Falcon of the Plantagenets design accompanied by the legend FALCON OF THE PLANTAGENETS · 2oz · FINE SILVER · 999.9 · 2019 and the JC designer initials at the base of the shield.
