The coin is struck in .925 sterling silver and features a reverse design depicting two Avro Lancaster bombers in flight over an enemy dam, with a representation of a bouncing bomb in the water below. The obverse features a portrait of Queen Elizabeth II surrounded by the legend ELIZABETH II D G REG F D ALDERNEY C.I. 2018. This coin is housed in its black leatherette Jubilee Mint presentation case with a white card outer sleeve which bears a handwritten ink notation reading Top. A Certificate of Authenticity is included, bearing the printed signature of Michael J. Byrne, which identifies the piece as part of a limited edition of 2,018 worldwide.
