A Set of Seven Commemorative Coins and Five Postage Stamps in Presentation Case - This lot comprises seven commemorative coins and five postage stamps presented in a black folding presentation case titled The Queen's Coronation Jubilee Heritage Coin and Stamp Set. The numismatic portion consists of five original coins from the 1953 coronation year: a five-shilling crown, a shilling, a sixpence, a threepence, and a halfpenny. These 1953 issues are cupronickel, nickel-brass, or bronze coins that have been layered post-mint with silver, gold, or bronze. The set also includes two additional crowns: a 1977 Silver Jubilee crown featuring an equestrian portrait and a 2017 Sapphire Jubilee crown depicting the Imperial State Crown. The philatelic component includes five mint, unused stamps issued in 2002 for the Golden Jubilee, featuring portraits of Her Majesty by Dorothy Wilding, Cecil Beaton, Lord Snowdon, Yousuf Karsh, and Tim Graham. A metal plaque on the interior of the case is inscribed THE QUEEN'S CORONATION JUBILEE HERITAGE SET 201 OF 499.
