The unit is constructed from a black-painted steel folding frame supporting two adjustable laminated wooden work surfaces. The wooden boards are equipped with printed metric and imperial measuring scales along the inner edges, alongside various instructional and safety icons. The mechanism is operated by two red plastic handles located at the front, which facilitate the vise function.
