The vintage style fire screen is formed from a rectangular sheet of embossed metal, likely brass or copper-plated steel, featuring a central relief of a crowing cockerel. The panel is embossed with the text TAKE to the left and COURAGE to the right of the central figure. The motif is framed by a border of embossed hops and leaves. The screen is supported by two simple metal feet. A small white adhesive label is visible on the upper neck of the black vase, though the characters are not clearly legible. Height: 155 cm (total height of vase and botanical display).
