A Yellow Gold Signet Ring with Monogram Worn Mark - A yellow gold signet ring, possibly 9ct gold featuring a shield-shaped head and a tapered shank. The face of the ring is decorated with a deeply engraved cursive monogram, appearing to read the initials PLB or RLB. The interior of the shank bears a series of struck hallmarks, some of which are unreadable within rectangular and square frames. These include a crown symbol, an anchor, and a lowercase letter q. assayed in Birmingham. A visible join line at the base of the shank suggests a previous resizing. Weight: 4.15g.
