Rabbi Zevulun Harlap (c.1840-1898) was a rabbi and dayan in Jerusalem, a member of the beit din of the Maharil Diskin. Father of Rabbi Yaakov Moshe Harlap (1882-1952), a student of Rav Kook, head of Merkaz HaRav and Beit Zevul, and rabbi of Sha’arei Chesed in Jerusalem
