קונטרס עם מקבץ של דפים כתובים בכתב יד תימני, במהלך המאה ה-19. הקובץ כולל בעיקר עניינים בקבלה מעשית כגון: להבריח שד, אהבה, מקשה לילד, כישוף, התרת קללות, קמיע לאישה שלא תפיל, להביא אדם מארץ רחוקה, להביא עבד שברח, לשמירת תינוקות מהמזיקין, חותמות מלאכים וסימוני קבלה שונים. בנוסף מצורף 'ספר סגולות' עם רישום בעלים "שלום בן זכריה". סה"כ 48 עמודים כתובים. 11X8 ס"מ. דפים מנותקים. סימני שימוש, כתמים ומחיקות. מצב כללי טוב. כריכה מנותקת לא מהתקופה.
