A SET OF THREE ANTIQUE EUROPEAN COINS
1) An Italian Vittorio Emanuele II 5 lire, 1878, cased in an octagonal stand with etched base. 2) An Austrian Empress Maria Theresa silver Thaler. With bust of Maria Theresia on obverse and crowned double headed imperial eagle with coat of arms on the reverse. An eyelet is soldered to the coin to convert it into a pendant.3) A Hungarian bronze Georgstaler. With St. George on horseback slaying a dragon and lettering: S. GEORGIVS · EQVITVM · PATRONVS obverse; a ship sailing in storming sea and lettering: IN TEMPESTATE SECVRITAS reverse. inspired by the gold 5 Ducat by Christian Herman Roth. Also with an eyelet for wearing as a pendant.
