Halachic letter dated 1866, addressed to Rabbi Wolf of Opola. Two full sides.
Rabbi Chayim Yosef Pollack (1799-1880), son of Rabbi Shabsai Pollack Dayan of Trebitsch, disciple of the Shemen Rokeach and the Chasam Sofer. Rabbi and Rosh Yeshiva of Trebitsch (1829). Author of Mekor Chayim (commentary on Akeidas Yitzchak).
