Rabbi Avraham Shalom Halberstam (1857-1940), son of Rabbi Yechezkel Shraga of Sieniawa – who testified on the elevated soul that his son possessed and of his great spiritual powers. Studied under Rabbi Yisrael Meir Friedman of Sanz. Rabbi of Stropkov (1898), but during WWI moved to Budapest and later settled in Ungvar (1919) and Kosice (1930). Author of Divrei Shalom.
