RABBI NACHMAN OF BRESLAV. LIKUTEI MOHARAN – RARE – FIRST COMPLETE EDITION – COMPLETE COPY! PRINTED IN THE HOUSE OF RABBI NASSAN OF BRESLOV. 1821.
Likutei Moharan, Two Parts, Complete.
Part I was first printed in Ostroh in 1808 and Part II was first printed by Rabbi Nassan of Breslav in Mogilev in 1811. Only in 1821 was the complete work published together for the first time, in the home of Rabbi Nassan (leading disciple of Rabbi Nachman) without a permit by the censor, but purporting to have been printed in Ostroh and Mogilev – as in the first print. Contains approbations of Rabbi Avraham Chaim of Zlotchov, Rabbi Meir of Brody and Rabbi Efraim Zalman Margulies of Brody. This edition is the original version from which all subsequent editions of Likutei Moharan have been republished.
Breslav 1821.
Stefanski Chassidus 287.
Rabbi Nassan describes his printing of Likutei Moharan in his autobiographical work Yemei Moharnath.
