KAISER WILHELM II
WILHELM II (1859 - 1941) Emperor of Germany and King of Prussia. Partly printed document signed 'Wilhelm', 4 pages, 14.25 x 8.75 in., Berlin, March 21, 1880, a military appointment promoting Hauptmann Paul Kroll to the rank of major in the 4. Großherzoglich Hessisches Infanterie-Regiment 'Prinz Carl' Nr. 118. Wilhelm signs very boldly at the conclusion in black ink above his blind-embossed seal. Mailing folds with light edge wear, penciled biography has been added on the last page, else very good.
