A GERMAN WWII SCHUTZSTAFFEL BADGE
This is a WWII German Nazi Waffen badge. It has a swastika on the center, with oak leaves and 'Meine Ehre heibt Treue borders. This badge combines nickel with enamel construction and a swastika and maker's mark on the reverse."Meine Ehre heißt Treue" was the original motto of the Schutzstaffel, better known as the SS. The SS was the largest paramilitary group in the 3rd Reich, and was founded on April 4, 1925.
