מכתב המלצה לתרומה ונדבה לרבי רפאל יצחק סאמון, בן המקובל רבי שלום סאמון, שהוצרך לצאת מעירו כדי ללמוד תורה בעיר אחרת ונקלע למצוקה כלכלית. על המכתב חתומים רבי שלום בן מסעוד פחימא ורבי מסעוד דאדון.
