מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, ג' שבט תשכ"א [1961].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח נחמן יארבלום בירושלים: "ויהי רצון שמכאן ולהבא אך טוב וחסד ימצאוהו תכה"י [תמיד-כל-הימים] טוב הנראה והנגלה, והרי מתקרבים אנו ליום ההילולא של כ"ק מו"ח אדמו"ר, נשיא ישראל, עשירי בשבט הבע"ל, אשר על הציון שלו יזכר".
