מכתב מאת האדמו"ר רבי מנחם מנדל שניאורסון – הרבי מליובאוויטש, חתום בחתימת יד קדשו. ברוקלין, ניו יורק, כ"ב סיוון תשל"ו [1976].
מודפס במכונת כתיבה על נייר מכתבים רשמי של הרבי, וחתום בחתימת יד קדשו.
נשלח אל הרה"ח דובער אליעזר הבלין (תר"פ-תשנ"א) בירושלים, לרגל נישואי בתו רחל: "הנני בזה להביע ברכתי ברכת מזל טוב מזל טוב ושתהי' בשעה טובה ומוצלחת ויבנו בית בישראל בנין עדי עד על יסודי התורה והמצוה כפי שהם מוארים במאור שבתורה זוהי תורת החסידות. וירוו מהם רוב נחת יהודי אמיתי חסידותי".
אגרת דואר אוויר. 29 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב טוב-בינוני. סימני קיפול וקמטים. קרעים, חלקם חסרים, בשוליים (ללא פגיעה בטקסט). נקבים זעירים. כתמים קלים.
