A parcel gilt silver filigree cased presentation scroll presented to Pierre Eugene Gilbert, French Ambassador to Israel (1952-1959), the cylindrical case probably Russian Empire, late 19th century, stamped with what appears to be a '91' standard mark and also bearing a later French control mark, the crown finial with damage and losses, case length (inc. winder) 22cm. Please note that Roseberys cannot guarantee that this scroll is kosher
